I was suspicious how long I could go without eating when I noticed I would fail to eat for up to 2 days because I was too busy working. I knew that I didn’t feel hungry but ate anyway just because I thought it was necessary.
My suspicions were correct; my daily regimen appears to eliminate the need and/or desire to eat food. Also, it apparently supplies sufficient nutrients to continue daily work and exercise because I have been fasting for 5 days now without any desire to eat and feel no weakness nor any side effects. Aside from the supplements listed above, at this time I also often take:
I do not believe these 6 are necessary and plan to end consumption when the bottles are emptied.
In addition to the above listed supplements I also added:

Potassium Permanganate 1ml
(98% diluted 1 part KMnO4 into 500 parts water)
These 3 are for testing. The Methylene Blue and Potassium Permanganate are being added to provide additional immunity to infections. The Colloidal Gold is simply to assist with dreams at night. I will update when I have fasted repeatedly for longer periods to post final details.
After fasting for 8 days, I still did not feel hungry. I lost 10 pounds total, but still felt healthy and full of energy. I then ate normally for 4 days, gained back 3 pounds, but have now begun a new fast.
I'm on day 3 of the second fast now. The only food I eat are unleavened Matzo crackers which you can find at most grocery stores. These have little or no salt, water, and flour only. I do not buy the egg based fasting products. I would imagine if the Jewish people can fast for 7 days every year with little or no side effects using these crackers as their only food intake, then I can do the same. So far, so good...
I would like to see how many total fasting intervals I can complete before I begin to feel hungry or start to feel weak. I would also like to know if my weight will stabilize despite only receiving nutrients and calories through the supplement list above, and a few liquids such as soft drinks and fruit juices.
Juices are often high in calories, plus blood is composed largely of water, salt, fats, and carbs (the human body is also largely composed of these elements) so I would imagine eventually my weight will fully stabilize even without eating food because I will be drinking plenty of water and sodium (and sometimes sugar) filled drinks, will get fats from oil supplements, carbs from crackers, and any other essential nutrients will be found in my other supplements. Basically, there really appears to be no need for food in my diet because even the carbs from the crackers can be easily obtained through drinks. At this time though I mainly stick to diet drinks; however, this may change should I note a decrease in energy.
The 7 day fast was no problem. But due to calories from heavy juice intake (apple and grapefruit) I only lost 3 pounds.

Just because I saw it Sam's Club, it was pretty cheap, and I have taken it before so I know it works to help cleanse your system.
Ran out of Apple Cider Vinegar, it immediately resulted in upset stomach lasting for a couple days, but now digestion is back to normal.
